The Office of the Town Clerk has begun scanning council minutes, public notices and road records for the Town's first online archive. Staff will begin with records created from 2002 through 2011.
Earlier files remain available on paper. Materials from August and September 2000 require additional indexing because volunteer search documents, road logs and public correspondence were returned to Town Hall without their original folder order.
Documents that contain personal addresses, medical information or material belonging to an outside investigation will not be placed online.
