Janice Harlow received the blue ribbon in the pie division at Saturday's Harvest Days pecan bake-off. Cody Bell won the youth division with pecan oatmeal cookies, and Ana Lucero received the judges' choice award for her brown-sugar cake.
This year's judges were Reverend Thomas Greer, retired cafeteria manager Louise Fenwick and Depot Cafe owner Carla Moon. Proceeds from entry fees will support winter meal deliveries.
Winning recipes will be printed in the December community bulletin.
