Trace utility crews have completed a records review at the former produce-packing property east of town. The property has not maintained active municipal service since 2013.
An inactive well connection, two disconnected electrical service lines and a buried drainage crossing were photographed for the municipal map. Crews did not enter the farmhouse or detached work shed, which remain private structures.
A discrepancy between the current parcel map and a 2000 emergency-access sketch has been referred to the Town Clerk. The discrepancy does not affect neighboring property boundaries.
