The former packing-shed entrance on East Orchard Road and the unpaved service lane immediately south of the property will remain closed through Wednesday, September 16. Through traffic on East Orchard Road is not affected.
The closure supports work by state and county personnel and is separate from the drainage repairs scheduled to begin September 21. Residents with property beyond the closure may check in with the posted county deputy for access.
Members of the public are asked not to stop along the shoulder, enter adjoining fields or photograph personnel working inside the restricted area. Items removed from the property are not available for public inspection through Town Hall.
