Archive boxes TR-00-08 and TR-00-09 have been temporarily removed from the Trace Historical Society reading room at the request of the Office of the Town Clerk. The boxes contain road logs, volunteer rosters, public notices and miscellaneous correspondence from August and September 2000.
The material was stored in the former depot before the building was climate controlled. Several folders show water damage, incomplete numbering and documents filed outside their original sequence.
A revised folder list will be published after the review is complete. The Town cannot provide a completion date and will not release unverified scans while the original order of the records is being reconstructed.
